I appreciated working with Jerry. He represented both sides of the deal. We had a sort of rocky start as he did not seem as involved as much, while communication was slow and I did not get enough info about the seller mindset. He seems not as involved. But his involvement was gently applied and increased throughout the process. As time went on and we got into the negotiation and discussions about the deal, he was very effective. His team and staff was very responsive and effective. Jerry and team were particularly helpful at the end, dealing with a very difficult, unrealistic, demanding, and unethical seller. He made the process smooth, and was able to work in our interest avoiding a costly setback.
