You have to contact them but I can tell you no house in my tract in Marina Hills, Laguna Niguel, had sold for anything within $150,000 of my house. The Tate's were able to negotiate a rent back of up to 3 months along with the full price offer. We came across the Suva street property, shortly after going into escrow on our townhome. They succeeded at negotiating a new roof for the house, they got us into a 21 day escrow and succeeded at closing it the day after our townhome closed. True super heroes of real estate.
